Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 27, 2026
The short version: you're pre-ordering a year of Mirror ahead of its launch. If it doesn't ship, or the founding round doesn't sell out, you get your money back. Mirror is a software tool, not investment advice, and trading involves real risk. The full terms below are what actually govern your purchase.
01Who these terms are between
These terms are a contract between you and Sonar Social Inc. ("Mirror," "we," "us"), covering your purchase of a Founding Membership and your use of frankniu.com. By completing checkout you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to purchase.
02What you're buying
A Founding Membership (limited to the first 50 sold, $49.99/year) and an Early Access Membership (limited to the next 250 sold, $99.99/year), together "memberships," are presale purchases of software access. Each includes:
- 12 months of access to Mirror, beginning on the day Mirror publicly launches, not on the day you purchase.
- A locked discount: for as long as your subscription remains continuously active, you renew at the price you purchased at ($49.99/year for Founding Members, $99.99/year for Early Access Members), regardless of the public price.
- Member participation: access to a private members group, development updates, and input on features, supported brokers, and roadmap priorities.
Mirror is in development and does not exist yet. You are purchasing early access to a product being built, not a finished product. Features described on this site (trader selection, allocation limits, automated trade mirroring) describe the product as designed and may change during development. Founding member input is part of the product process, but purchase does not guarantee any specific feature, broker integration, or launch date.
A Founding Membership is a purchase of software access only. It is not an investment in a company, a security, a managed account, or a promise of financial returns.
03Payment and renewal
Memberships are annual subscriptions charged at checkout: $49.99 per year for Founding Members (75% off the standard $199.99 price) or $99.99 per year for Early Access Members (50% off). Payments are processed by RevenueCat and its payment partners; we never see or store your card details.
Your subscription renews annually at your locked price, regardless of the public price at the time. Your first renewal occurs 12 months after Mirror launches (not 12 months after purchase). You can cancel renewal at any time from your purchase confirmation email or by contacting us at support@lyrin.ai; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid period. If your subscription lapses, the locked discount ends.
04Refunds
We promise refunds in three situations:
- If Mirror doesn't ship. If Mirror has not publicly launched by December 31, 2027, or if we cancel development for any reason, every founding member receives a full automatic refund. No request needed.
- If the founding round doesn't sell out. If fewer than 50 Founding Memberships are sold by October 31, 2026, every member (founding and early access) receives a full automatic refund.
- If you change your mind. You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@lyrin.ai.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After Mirror launches and your access begins, the standard cancellation terms in section 03 apply instead.
05Not financial advice
Mirror is a software tool. Neither Mirror nor Frank Niu is a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary, and nothing on this site or in the app is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset, or an offer of securities.
If and when you use Mirror, every trading decision is yours: which traders to follow, how much to allocate, what limits to set, and when to stop. Traders and strategies available on Mirror are not our employees or agents, and their inclusion is not an endorsement of their future performance. Some strategies track the public filings or public statements of well-known figures (for example congressional trading disclosures or 13F filings); those individuals have no involvement with Mirror and do not endorse it, and the strategies update only as fast as the underlying public disclosures do. Using Mirror will require a funded account with a supported third-party broker, governed by that broker's own terms.
Consider consulting a licensed financial adviser before trading. Copy trading may not be lawful or suitable in every jurisdiction; you are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
06Risk disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Copy trading does not reduce or eliminate that risk. You can lose money, and you may lose more than you expect in fast-moving markets.
Past performance of any trader is not a guarantee of future results. A good track record says nothing certain about the next trade. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Mirror or this site. That includes attempting to breach security, scraping or reselling access, reverse-engineering the app, using it for unlawful activity or market manipulation, or sharing founding-member access with others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations; if we terminate your access without cause before your paid period ends, we'll refund the unused portion.
08Intellectual property
Mirror, this site, and all related content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. It does not transfer any ownership to you.
09Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Mirror is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Software has bugs; markets move faster than software; third-party brokers and data providers can fail. We do not warrant that trades will be mirrored without delay, error, or interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms, the site, or the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Mirror develops. If we make material changes, we'll notify founding members by email before they take effect. The refund promises in section 04 will not be weakened for existing founding members.
11Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If we have a dispute, email support@lyrin.ai first and give us 30 days to work it out. Any dispute we can't resolve that way will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action; claims may be brought only in your individual capacity. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.
Nothing in this section removes rights that the consumer protection law of your place of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
